USPA says they have received numerous complaints about questionable trade practices by on-line skydiving referral services such as 1-800-SKYRIDE, which claims to serve local areas where they have no drop zone. Using a referral service to book your skydive may result in your traveling much farther and paying much more than you would by scheduling directly with a local drop zone.
